I am SO excited that you are taking the first steps towards your dream hair! Please fill out this form in as much detail as possible. This consultation form is designed as a preliminary screening process to best prepare me for our consultation. This allows me to get a good picture of your hair history, and the overall experience that you are looking to have with hair extensions!
SCHEDULING: After completing this form, I will decide if you are a good candidate for hair extensions. You will then receive an email or text from me with an estimate of what I think the installation and maintenance prices will be for your desired look. If at that point you are still interested in getting extensions, I will give you my current availability and options for your in-person consultation. I am only take new extension clients Monday-Thursday, 9-4pm and Fridays 8-2pm.
PRICING: Hair extensions can range from $400 (only needing a little bit of volume and no length) up to $2,500 (wanting that 22" thick Pinterest worthy hair!). Most of my clients are in the middle of those two numbers, but it all depends on your desired outcome. Please note that the exact service pricing and color matching can only be determined at the time of your in person consultation.
What to expect after you submit form
If you are a good candidate, I will get back to you in the next 24-72 Business hours(not nights or weekends). I will give you my best estimate of installation price and the maintenance price. I will send you a link to give more info on the process/care and maintenance for extensions. If you are still interested after I give you the estimate and more info, we then schedule the in person consultation!
At the in person consultation, I color match your hair so I can order the hair.
DEPOSITS: I require a 50% deposit at the consult to reserve your installation appointment. That deposit is Non Refundable since the hair cannot be returned once ordered.
When we schedule the installation appointment, I also require you to schedule your first touch-up appointment (approximately 6 weeks later). This is because my schedule is very busy and hair extensions are high maintenance. I require this to keep your natural hair and new extensions as HEALTHY as possible! I'm here to make your Hair Dreams come True.
I know it sounds cheezy, but extensions can be life changing, and I am so looking forward to giving you this experience!
